A two-part research program through Baruch College Now for New York City public high school students in 10th or 11th grade from groups underrepresented in science. Students first take a 60-hour spring research prep course that earns college credit, then can join an optional six-week summer research project with CUNY faculty in fields such as biology and environmental science and receive a stipend. Twenty-five students are chosen, and applicants need an 80+ average.
