York College Now STEM Research Academy

A CUNY research program at York College for New York City public high school juniors, run through the NYC Science Research Mentoring Consortium. Students take a spring Backyard Toxicology course, and those who finish can join a six-week summer research program in July and August. Applicants need Regents scores of 80+ in Math and 75+ in Living Environment and ELA. Participants receive a $750 stipend, free lunch and a summer MetroCard.
