A paid summer research program run by UConn Health's Health Career Opportunity Programs where Connecticut high school students in 11th and 12th grade who are interested in medicine, dental medicine or biomedical research work in a basic science or clinical laboratory. Students earn a stipend and present their research at a symposium at the end of the six weeks. Placements have included the UConn School of Medicine, the UConn School of Dental Medicine and Central Connecticut State University.
