An eight-week summer team-science internship at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa where high school students apply mathematical modeling to cancer research. Interns attend daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Stabile Research Building, give a 15-minute presentation at a research day and write a three-page scientific report. Applicants must be at least 16 by the start date and in grade 11 or below. Selected students receive a $1,000 scholarship, and housing is not funded.
