A summer research institute from Creighton University Health Sciences that introduces students to health-sciences research. In its six-week high school community-based track, sophomores through seniors are trained in health disparities and carry out research projects at a community organization in Omaha from June into July, earning a $1,200 stipend. Applicants need at least a 2.5 GPA, and on-campus housing is offered.
