A paid, year-long program at the Whitney Museum of American Art for New York City high school students in grades 11 and 12 who have completed at least one semester of YI Artists or YI Arts Careers, or who graduated from YI Introductions. Leaders plan events for other teens, help with family and community programs, lead tours, and write for the museum's teen blog. The commitment is 3 to 10 hours per week.
