High School Learn and Earn Program

A high school work-based learning program from The Metropolitan District (MDC), the water and sewer utility in the Hartford, Connecticut area. Through its Try-A-Trade program, high school juniors and seniors who are at least 16 spend one week during spring break getting hands-on experience in MDC trades and learning about careers they could start right after high school. Applications are submitted online.
