A free two-week summer program at the Stanford Department of Chemistry where high school students shadow several graduate-student researchers across different labs instead of working on one project. Rising juniors and seniors who are 16 by the first day and live and attend school in Alameda, Santa Clara, San Francisco or San Mateo county can apply. The program does not cover room, board or transportation, and applications require a recommendation.
