A paid eight-week summer research internship at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in Oklahoma City, founded in 1956. High school seniors and college students who are Oklahoma residents and at least 16 work in OMRF labs in June and July for $15.50 per hour. Scholars living more than 40 miles away get housing on the Oklahoma City University campus, and breakfast is provided on workdays.
