A nationwide youth development network delivered mainly through the U.S. Cooperative Extension System that reaches young people in every county and parish. Youth join school and community clubs, 4-H camps, and in-school and after-school programs, and choose projects in science, healthy living, agriculture, and civic engagement. Clubs often meet in the evenings and on weekends, sometimes virtually, and camps are run by state and county offices, so costs vary.
