A paid internship from the Natural History Museums of Los Angeles County for nine high school juniors and seniors who live in or attend school in Boyle Heights or Hancock Park. Interns develop an interpretive paleo-science project and share it with museum guests, meeting on select Saturdays in April and May and then for six weeks in June and July at about 24 hours a week. Transportation is provided, and a work permit is required.
