An international essay competition run by the John Locke Institute, with questions in ten subjects: economics, history, international relations, law, philosophy, politics, psychology, public policy, science and technology, and theology. Entrants under 19 are judged in Junior or Senior categories by age, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes in each subject plus a Grand Prize. First-place winners receive a US$5000 scholarship toward any John Locke Institute program.
