Ignite is a free online mentorship program in which high school mentors teach three-week practical-skills courses over Zoom to students in grades 4 to 8, including during the summer. The organization recruits interns to help support the program, and its site says no prior experience or perfect grades are needed. The site does not list intern pay rates, so applicants should confirm compensation on the hiring page.
