Three to four day residential leadership seminar for high school sophomores nominated by their school, run by the Texas-Capital Area chapter of Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership. The 2027 seminar runs 6/4/2027 to 6/6/2027 at Texas State University, San Marcos. The registration fee is usually paid by the nominating school.
