Fidelity Investments' Boundless program introduces female high school students to careers in financial services through a one-day summit, job shadowing in Boston, and a high school internship. The internship is a 5-week program geared toward upperclassmen in Boston and Merrimack, and it takes applications from community partnerships and eligible students in the Boundless network. Job shadowing pairs each student with a Fidelity associate to learn about that person's role.
