Next Gen High School Internship Program

A paid five-week summer internship run by the Department of Human Genetics at Emory University School of Medicine for Atlanta-area high school students. Interns combine lab work at Emory, such as analyzing genetic mutations and studying fruit flies, with classroom lessons in biology and genetics, field trips and career advice. It runs in June and July for rising juniors and seniors who are at least 16, and the internship pays $3,120.
