Office of Workforce Development Student Training Program

A paid training program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston for public high school students, mainly from Boston, who are interested in health care careers. In the summer, students work full-time internships in hospital departments for 30 hours a week over seven weeks and attend weekly college and career readiness workshops. Summer graduates interested in clinical, research or health administration careers can continue for 8 to 15 hours a week from October to June.
